ANTI-PHISHING POLICY

Version: 1.0

Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Phishing is a fraudulent practice consisting of sending electronic communications that appear to come from trustworthy sources —such as Huron Smith Oil or HSO Trading— with the aim of deceiving the recipient into revealing confidential information, such as passwords, bank account numbers or credit card details. These communications often use logos, designs and email addresses that imitate the official ones, creating a false sense of legitimacy.
